-This Returns and Exchanges Policy applies to all purchases made through the website shopevettexo.com

-Shopevettexo is not responsible for unfortunate events such as misplaced, lost or stolen packages. Under all circumstances USPS is responsible for any of all mail pieces that undergo USPS delivery services. We will do our best to assist all customers in the event of a missing package. 

-Items purchased from shopevettexo are valid for refund within 15 days of receiving your order.

-All returned items must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged, with all tags attached (if applicable), and in its original packaging.

-Unfortunately, we no longer accept exchanges. We will provide you with a refund upon receiving item(s). Feel free to repurchase the item again once the funds have been returned to your account.

-Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

How to Return an Order:

  1. Email help@evettexo.com with your order number and reason for the return/exchange.  If your product is defective, please take a clear photo of the defective product and attach it to your email as reference.

  2. We will contact you within 3 business days with further instructions.


  • To return your product, you should mail your product to:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive store credit and return shipping was not prepaid, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



Discount Codes:

-All discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout.
-For our customer’s safety, our software does not allow us to manually apply discount codes or adjust any prices to orders once they are finalized and payment has been accepted.
-Only one discount code can be applied per purchase.

-We do not accept any returns or exchanges on sale items.
